    Only 6" long, this is a 'shorty' version of the emulation cable. It could be useful where you want a close-coupled install without a bunch of unnecessary cabling. Also useful for noisier or sensitive applications where induced signal degradation can occur.

    I have used the instructions to make my own 12 inch cable before

    I have used the instructions to make my own 12 inch cable before, PIA! Did not need the 18 inch one that came with the Ostrich 2.0 I bought used. The 6 inch is perfect to connect the Ostrich to the Chip Extender which uses my 12 inch cable to connect to the PCM. Will order in the future, worth it !!!!!

    Moates Ostrich is the best and works faultlessly, I actually had it connected to my car's ECU for serveral years and forgot it was connected.
