Live Support Session

If you would like a 'live' technical support session, where we can take control of your computer remotely to help you walk through  troubleshooting or tutorial exercises, please make arrangements via email or phone in terms of schedule. A high-speed 'wired' internet connection is preferred for these sessions.
 
You will need to click on the link below to download and install the 'Teamviewer QuickSupport Client' program:

After that, you will be provided with a session 'ID' and password. You can use the webstore chat bubble to paste these values to us so that we can log in to your system. Do this, and we can take the wheel to help you!
 
If you get a message such as 'not available', then you need to speak with us first to be sure we're scheduled and ready for you.
 
Once you have finished and we log out, you can click on the 'X' button in the Teamviewer program and close the utility.
